Processing and Shipping Policy
After order placement, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process. Delivery generally takes 2 to 3 days from shipment date but will vary per delivery destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to the email address provided during order placement. All orders must be signed for. Jasmine’s Hair is not responsible for any carrier delays that may occur.
Jasmine’s Hair provides Local pick up as well as local drop off. The customer can either schedule to pick their order up or for their order to be dropped off by Jasmine’s Hair. There is a fee for the drop off option.
Jasmine’s Hair will not make drop offs nor allow pick ups on Sundays.
Return and Exchange Policy
Due to Regulated Hygiene Laws, all hair extensions are final sale. At Jasmine’s Hair, we want you to be 100 percent in love with your purchase so we do offer exchanges within the first 5 days of delivery. The hair must be returned in the state that it was received in and cannot show any signs of wear or manipulation such as cut wefts, washed bundles, brushed hair, processed hair, etc. Hair also cannot be removed from original packaging and all tags must be attached.
All shipping and handling costs for exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be sent with tracking and signature required. Please note that all exchanges are up to the discretion of Jasmine’s Hair and we reserve the right to refuse any exchanges.
